Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Winning Made Easy LLC ("We", "Us", "Our") operates winningmadeeasy.io. This policy explains what personal information We collect, why We collect it, who We share it with, and what You can ask Us to do with it. We have written it in plain language rather than boilerplate, and it describes the services this site actually uses.
1. Information we collect
Information You give Us directly: your name, email address, phone number, business name, business details, and anything else you enter into a form, an assessment, an onboarding questionnaire, or the chat widget on this site.
Billing information: when you purchase, our payment processor collects your payment card details and billing address. We receive a record of the transaction, the last four digits of the card, and your billing contact details. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, the pages you view on this site, and how long you spend on them. This is standard web analytics data.
Information from scheduling and communications: when you book a call, send us an email, or reply to one of ours, we keep a record of that interaction and its contents.
2. How we use it
To deliver what you asked for: providing the services, coaching, programs, and account access you purchased or requested.
To communicate with you: responding to enquiries, sending service and billing notices, scheduling and confirming calls, and providing support.
To send marketing: newsletters, offers, and content about our services, where you have opted in or where we have an existing business relationship with you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works.
To improve the site and our services: understanding which pages and offers work, diagnosing errors, and making the site faster and clearer.
To meet legal and accounting obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3. Services we use that process your data
Google Analytics 4: website analytics. Collects usage and device data, including a truncated IP address, to tell us how the site is performing.
Claydar: website visitor analytics.
GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM, email and SMS sending, calendar booking, and payment processing. Contact details, communication history, booking records, and transaction records are stored there.
Supabase: database hosting for records generated by our site tools, such as assessments and onboarding submissions.
Vercel: website hosting. Vercel processes server request logs, which include IP addresses, as part of serving the site.
Anthropic: powers the chat assistant on this site. Messages you send to the chat widget are processed to generate a response.
Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We share with them only what is needed to deliver the service.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: making the site function, and measuring how the site is used through the analytics services listed above.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop you using the site. Blocking all cookies may break parts of it.
Embedded video on this site is loaded only after you press play, and is served from a no-cookie host, so no video-provider cookies are set unless you choose to watch.
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for how to do so.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to third parties for their own marketing.
We share information with the service providers listed in Section 3, strictly so they can perform services for us.
Where you purchase access to a third-party program through us, such as Profit Academy, we share the information needed to create and support your account with that program's provider.
We may disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or property, or in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of any person.
If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving this site over encrypted connections (HTTPS), limiting access to systems that hold personal data, and relying on established providers who maintain their own security programs.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security, and we will not claim otherwise.
If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant authority as required by applicable law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep customer and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and then as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, typically seven years for financial records.
We keep marketing contact records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and then keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.
8. Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
You can ask us to delete your personal information. We will do so unless we are required to keep it, for example financial records we must retain for tax purposes.
You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, including the right to know what we collect, the right to deletion, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
To exercise any of these rights, email david@winningmadeeasy.io. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Children
This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
We operate from the United States and our service providers store and process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. If you access this site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
12. Contact us
